This Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12108 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.585 of 2021 dated 08.08.2022, wherein the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.23 of 2013 on the file of the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the bail was granted to the petitioner by this Court on 08.08.2022, the petitioner on his own volition accepted to deposit the said sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.23 of 2013, now, he has come forward with this petition seeking modification of the said deposit, which is unjust and this Court finds that there is no merit in the present petition.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
