This application has been filed to extend the time for concluding the Arbitration Proceedings and to pass an Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal constituted by the Sole Arbitrator Mr.K.V.Prasad in Arbitration Case No.VP/SCUF/5 of 2017.

2. Despite names of the respondents have been printed in the cause list, none appeared for them. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks extension of time for concluding the Arbitration Proceedings.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations, time is extended for a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
