ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate Contempt Petition and to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
