ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 384, 506(i) r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.700 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a case where the petitioner is absconding and inspite of earlier dismissal of anticipatory bail by this Court, the respondent police has not secured the accused and in his absence investigation has been completed and absconding charge sheet also filed. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek for appropriate remedy.
