The matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal" today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. In an earlier occasion i.e., on 22.01.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Thereafter, on 12.02.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions with regard to withdrawal of this writ petition and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for withdrawal" today. This writ petition is of the year 2013. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
