JUDGMENT

Though the second appellant died long back and this Court granted time from the year 2015, to implead the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant, the appellants did not take steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant. The Second Appeal is of the year 1998.

2. In the facts and circumstances, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
