ORDER

The petitioner has moved the first respondent with his appeal petition dated 12.012.2020, seeking cancellation of Patta Nos.933, 1121, 3387, 3983, 4684 and 732 that was obtained fraudulently by the private respondents herein, and to grant a patta in his favour as concerning the property having an extent of 3.63 acres in S.No.522/1 of Thorapalli Agraharam, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m., on 11.06.2021 in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur / first respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 11.06.2021.
