This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32611 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024 in Crime No.105 of 2024

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/accused has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32611 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024 is relaxed.
