The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.09.2020 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) 20 (b) (ii)(C ), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the sixth petition filed by the petitioner seeking bail before this Court. The last petition filed in Crl.O.P.No.32616 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court only on 04.01.2023 and there is no change in circumstances.

3.Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is directed to file absconding charge sheet against the petitioner and the trial Court is directed to split up the case insofar as the petitioner is concerned and proceed with the case and
