ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.288 of 2002, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court II, Tiruppur. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the trial is going on in this case and this Court cannot interfere with the proceedings at this stage. 3.It is seen that the Calendar Case is of the year 2002 and the trial has already commenced and therefore, this Court will not interfere with the proceedings at this stage. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the Court below in the course of proceedings and the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
