O R D E R

Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to regularize her services from the date of her initial appointment, i.e. from 20.08.2004 till 01.06.2006, with all consequential monetary and service benefits, in the light of the order dated 30.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4991 of 2015.

2.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Admittedly, not even an averment has been made in the Affidavit of the Petitioner as to whether she has made a representation to the Respondents in respect of her grievance. Without even making a representation to the Respondents in respect of her grievance, the Petitioner has directly approached this Court, which is not acceptable. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by her. 4.

Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, it is open to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondents in respect of her grievance and on receipt of such representation, it is open to the Respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

No costs.

Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.3614 of 2021 is closed.
