ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.41836of 2016, by order dated 29.11.2016, directed the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the regular time scale of Forest Watchers by taking into account his seniority and qualification on par https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with his juniors, in the light of the earlier orders of

this Court and confer all consequential benefits, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
