O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate categorizing the petitioner as Class II legal heir.

2. It is stated by both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents that the Revenue Inspector/Enquiry Officer had issued notice to the petitioner herein. An obligation is placed on the petitioner to attend the enquiry and produce necessary documents.

3. This Court cannot interfere in such enquiry. Let the Revenue Inspector issue fresh notice calling upon the petitioner to appear along with the documents and if that notice is so issued, the petitioner must appear for enquiry and co-operate with the authorities.

4. Recording as above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
