The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records relating to the final report in C.C.No.48 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sangagiri and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioner has ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Petition.
