This application has been filed, seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the award dated 18.04.2024 passed by learned arbitrator.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the award dated 18.04.2024 passed by learned arbitrator. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the O.P., if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission by printing the name of Ms.Darshini for Mr.S.R. Sundar as counsel for the respondent in the cause list.
