ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, his family members, agents and the petitioner's representatives for the proper administration of the Anjaneyar Temple, No.15, Deva Iyer Street, situate at TSR.No.1653, Kattiappar Sannidhi, Nagapattinam - 611 001 by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 29.12.2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.12.2025, the 2nd respondent referred the complaint to the Tahsildar, Nagapattinam to deal with the issue.

In view of the above, the Tahsildar, Nagapattinam, is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
