The petitioner submits that he is also aggrieved by the subject matter relating to the Writ Petition. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the impleading is ordered.

Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 submitted that already the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner in WP No.21860 of 2021 was dismissed on 25.10.2024 and therefore he does not have a locus standi.

3. If the right of the impleading petitioner has been determined in the said Writ Petition, that can also be taken into account while disposing of this Writ Petition and no harm will be caused by merely allowing the petitioner to be impleaded as one of the party respondent in the Writ Petition.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause-title.
