ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the Patta No.179 standing in the name of the 2nd respondent for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025. 2.The petitioner claims that illegally the 2nd respondent had obtained Patta No.179 in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same. The petitioner had given a representation on 29.09.2025 to the 1st respondent for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the 1st respondent if the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 2nd respondent and any

other 3rd party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Since no adverse orders are passed against the 2nd respondent, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reason, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025, seeking for cancellation of Patta. No.179 standing in the name of the 2nd respondent, for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the 2nd respondent and any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
