This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.94 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent police and taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 34, 420 of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR was registered in Crime No.94 of 2019 and investigation also completed and filed a final report on 29.12.2019 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate III, Pondicherry and it is only pending for taking cognizance. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
