ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.4 (b) of Crl.O.P.No.30151 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Jolarpet Police Station, Tirupathur district every day at 10:30 a.m., every Saturday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30151 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, is relaxed to the extend that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
