O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2) & 324(4) of BNS in Crime No.193 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 22.11.2025, the petitioner along with other accused went to the defacto complainant's house in an intoxicated state and attacked the defacto complainant using knife causing severe injuries and abused her in filthy language. Hence, the case.

3. This Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail on 17.12.2025 by stating the following reason:

Taking note of the overt act levelled against the first petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner.

4. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
