PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to pass an order of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the 4th respondent issued in Case No.TNSE 6/94 dated 18.03.2003 which was served on the petitioner on 15.06.2003, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with effect from 09.10.1992 with all backwages, continuity of service and all attendant benefits as Secretary of the 5th respondent Bank.
