ORDER

Mr.P.Rajendran, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner E.Malarvizhi expired while the writ petition was pending.

2. The writ petition is filed to challenge the order dated 10.06.2009, by which the Petitioner was dismissed from service as an Anganwadi Worker in an ICDS Project. As such, upon her demise, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
