The Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent made in Se.Na.Ka.No.3362/A3/2008 dated 27.02.2009, to quash the same insofar as the 5th respondent is concerned and for consequential direction, directing the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Assistant in Marungur Centre in Cuddalore District.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner was aged about 34 years, she filed the writ petition in 2009. Now she is aged about 44 years and stands disqualified because of his overage of 44 years. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
