O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with Crime No. 194 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 147, 384, 447 and 506 (i) IPC within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, the matter was reported as mistake of fact and to that effect, RCS.No.8 of 2019 was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli on 14.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by RPAD. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is availble under the law.
