This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above Appeal.
2. Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.
3. Despite service of notice to the respondents 1 and 4 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.
4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
