Crl.M.P.No.1544 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.30716 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30716 of 2022 on 13.12.2022, shall stay at Sivagangai District and report before the Town Police Station, Sivagangi at 10.30 a.m daily for the period of two months and thereafter he shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for the period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
