Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the issue pending in this writ petition, is abritrable as per the terms of the contract and hence, the matter is now before the arbitration authority.
2. Considering the fact that the matter is now before the arbitration authority, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
