O R D E R
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in O.S.No.672 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sulur and transfer the same to the learned Second Additional Sub-Ordinate Judge, Coimbatore.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the respondent has no objection in transferring the case as prayed for in the transfer petition by the petitioner. transfer is extended without admitting any of the contention and the allegations set out in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
3. This being the factum, O.S.No.672/2017 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sulur stands transferred to the Second Additional Sub-Judge, Coimbatore. Accordingly, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
