Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to return the stamp fee and registration fee amount paid in respect of the pending document No.P22/2016 by considering petitioner representation dated 14.12.2020 along with interest and for consequential benefits. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for refund of stamp duty and registration fee already paid.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader submitted on instructions that the Authorities concerned are now ready to refund the amount to the petitioner, provided https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner furnishes necessary particulars for transferring the fund through ECS.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary particulars would be provided to the Authorities concerned within a period of one (1) week.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the Authorities too would refund the amount within a period of two (2) weeks after the petitioner has furnished the particulars required.

5.In view of the said statement, nothing more requires to be adjudicated in this matter.

6.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
