JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Subbiah, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up, a joint compromise memo has been filed on behalf of both parties, signed by the parties as well as as their respective counsel. In the joint compromise memo, it has been stated that the appellant herein and the respondent settled the dispute amicably before the Medication Centre and they have no grievance against each other. The Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

2.In view of the Joint Memo of Compromise, the appeal is allowed and the decree for divorce is granted dissolving the marriage between the appellant and the respondent solemnized on 24.05.2002 at Devi Mahal Kalyana Mandapam, Erode.
