JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up, a joint compromise memo has been filed on behalf of both parties, signed by the parties as well as as their respective counsel. In the joint compromise memo, it has been stated that the appellant herein and the respondent settled the dispute amicably before the Medication Centre and they have no grievance against each other.
