ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal dated 03.02.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed an appeal, dated 03.02.2025 before the 1st respondent. Since the aforesaid appeal was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent, on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

5. This Court is not expresssing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.02.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal, dated 03.02.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
