(CRIME NO. 102/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para No.5 imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP.13173 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021 as modified by the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 14.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No.9191 of 2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAMAIH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.9191 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13173 of 2021 dated 14.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
