This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of the Judgment and Decree dated 02.09.2010 made in M.C.O.P.No.1596 of 2006, on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnagiri.
2. When the case was listed on 09.02.2022 and 16.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the appellant and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 17.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal".
