Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2021 dated 06.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed vide order dated 06.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.00 am, until further orders. -sd/- 11/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
