This is a petition to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree made in MCOP No.866 of 2015 dated 13.08.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
