Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.22120/06/A1 dated 03.09.2007 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.06.2007 for remission of licence fee as per Clause 39 of Tender Notification. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.09.2007, passed by the respondent, thereby directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.59,13,164/- towards licence fee. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

It is seen that the sole petitioner died long back. Even then, no one is filed any petition to impleade themselves in the present writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
