ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 73 days in filing this revision petition in Crl.RC.SR.No.4271 of 2025 as against the order in M.C.No.362 of 2015 dated 23.07.2024 on the file of III rd Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned.

3. Since this Court is inclined to take up the revision simultaneously, Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order.
