This petition has been filed to amend cause title by describing the 3rd respondent as The Registrar, Tamilnadu Medical Council, No.959 and 960, Poonamallee Highroad, Purasaiwalkam, Chennai-600 084 instead of The Chairman, Tamilnadu Medical Council, No.959 and 960, Poonamallee Highroad, Purasaiwalkam, Chennai-60 084.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.2901 of 2025 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
