Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records, relating to the order of dismissal dated 29.9.2004, and confirmed by the Appellate Authority by his order dated 3.1.2005 on the file of 1st and 2nd respondents herein quash the same.
