This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for executing the sureties and to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1931 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, as per the orders dated 27.12.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.32562 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for executing the sureties and to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1931 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, as per the orders dated 27.12.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.32562 of 2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
