Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.676, dated 01.11.1994, Revenue Department and quash the same and direct the respondents to put the petitioner in possession and enjoyment of the property mentioned in the aforesaid G.O. as the owner thereof by issuance of the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable to contact the legal representatives of the petitioner herein who is dead to enable him to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. Since steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
