This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petition on 02.01.2025 wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in their favour within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.Najeeb Usman Khan, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2 and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for R3 and R4. 2/4

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the first respondent along with relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the first respondent shall pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation from the petitioner.

The Writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
