O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2015.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's husband was convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and also detained in Coimbatore Central Prison. While so, on 10.03.2015, when the petitioner went to the jail to see her husband, the jail authorities did not permit her to see her husband. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.03.2015, to the respondent herein, to allow her to see her husband. Since the respondent did not take any action, the petitioner approached this Court with the above said prayer.

3. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
