Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the deed of Cancellation dated 25.06.1999 registered as document No.2136/1989 on the file of the third respondent herein and quash the same and further directing the third respondent herein to remove the entries of the said deed of Cancellation creating encumbrance from the books of registers on his file.

But today also, none represented on behalf of the writ petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for Nonprosecution.
