ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the writ petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for filing a proper reply to the notice challenged herein, for which the learned Additional Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents has also agreed.
2. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed however, granting liberty to the petitioner to file proper reply to the revision notice dated 26.03.2007 raising all their objections, including the grounds raised in this writ petition before the third respondent, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the third respondent, within four weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
