ORDER

A memo has been filed by the Official Liquidator dated 13.11.2025, setting out the efforts taken in identifying the property. A letter dated 17.10.2025 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, bearing File No. 1039/2014(221)/AR.V/Debt, was forwarded as a 1/3

reminder to the District Magistrate, Revenue Department, New Delhi, with regard to the claim. The Official Liquidator submits that they have addressed a letter dated 13.11.2025 to the Inspector General of Registration, Delhi, seeking details of the movable assets or immovable properties of the debtor company and the guarantor, Mr. Anil Kumar Agarwal. The steps taken by the Official Liquidator are recorded.

2. Learned counsel for respondents 1 & 2 submits that he has received a communication, regarding the movable assets stood in the name of the individual as well as the company, which is in Hindi language and seeks time to furnish the translated version before this Court along with the auditor's report.

3. List the matter on 05.12.2025.
