ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, Singaravel, aged 46 years, husband of the petitioner.

2. It is represented on the side of the respondents that the detenu has been arrested in connection with Crime No.146 of 2017, Kandili Police Station and remanded to custody https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and to that effect a copy of the remand report is filed; wherein it is stated that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody on 21.07.2017.
