O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner relating to Crime No.448 of 2016.

2.The main allegation against the petitioner is, transfer of property has been made under his threat. On the basis of the

complaint lodged before the respondent police, the petitioner was summoned to appear before the respondent police, against which, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition, apprehending unnecessary harassment by the respondent police. 3.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is required only for interrogation and there will not be any harassment against the petitioner. 4.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 20.12.2016 and 21.12.2016 for interrogation if any.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
