ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31095 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31095 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week viz., on every Monday at 10:30 a.m.
